Wildlife Walks
A walk booking is non-refundable but if 48 hours notice or more is given a voucher will be issued to the full value, this can be redeemed for the same walk or another at a later date.
Walks take place in all-weather unless we contact you otherwise - the wildlife is there all year round!
Wildlife Experiences in conjunction with our partners
Experience bookings in partnership with other businesses are non-refundable as standard, however if you contact us, we will do our best to look to rearrange if possible. As above the 48hrs notice also applies.
