All bookings are non-refundable but if 48 hours notice or more is given a voucher valid for 12 months will be issued to the full value, this can be redeemed for the same experience or another at a later date.
Experiences take place in all-weather unless we contact you otherwise - the wildlife is there all year round!
If less than 48hrs notice is given we reserve the right to issue a voucher only if we are able to re-sell the tickets for that experience. However exceptional circumstances we will take into account.
